General Membership Questions

How often is new content added?

We host two live coaching calls each week, and the replays are uploaded within 24 hours. Additionally, all free and select paid masterclasses are uploaded to the Catalogue after they are delivered.

Is there a specific order I should follow for the masterclasses inside the Catalogue?

There’s no set order you need to follow—you’re free to prioritize the topics that matter most to you. However, we recommend starting with ICONIC Consult, which teaches Sarah’s highly effective approach to selling.

Where can I find a list of all available resources?

All resources and downloadable files are available in the Resources section of the navigation bar.

Where can I find the replays of past coaching calls?

You’ll find the replays of past coaching calls on the replay page here.

How long do I have access to replays?

You’ll have access to the call replays, available on the replay page here, for as long as you are a member.

Are live calls recorded, and how soon will they be available?

Live coaching calls are recorded and made available on the replay page within 24 hours of the call.

What platform do you use for live coaching calls, and how do I access them?

The live coaching calls are hosted on Zoom, and you’ll find the call schedule here

How do I prep/participate in copy coaching calls?

Is there a community or group where I can connect with other members?

Yes! Sarah hosts ICONIC, a free Facebook community where you can celebrate, offer and receive support, and share how turning on your magnetism is changing your life and business. You can join the community here.

What happens after I’ve been a member for six months?

After six months inside the Magnetic Membership, you’ll unlock access to our exclusive ICON DAY in Telegram! This is a high-energy, deep-dive day with direct access to Sarah so you can ask questions, get feedback, and continue elevating your mindset and messaging. 

Can I get personalized feedback or coaching inside the membership?

Absolutely. You have two group coaching calls available each week, one where you’ll receive mindset coaching and the other offers personalized feedback on your copywriting.

How do I update my email or profile information?

For any updates to your information, please email info@sarahplowmancoaching.com, and we’ll be happy to take care of that.

Can I share my login or resources with someone else?

We kindly ask that you do not share your login credentials, as your membership is for you only. 

Billing & Cancellation

How do I cancel my membership?

To submit a request to cancel your membership, email Kristen at info@sarahplowmancoaching.com, and she’ll process your request.

Will I lose access immediately if I cancel, or do I keep it until the end of my billing cycle?

Your membership access remains available until the end of your paid period.

What is the refund policy?

All membership payments are final, and refunds are not available.

How do I update my payment method?

To update your payment method, click here. Be sure to use the email address associated with your membership. 

Can I pause my membership instead of canceling it?

While we understand that life happens and you may need to take a break, we do not offer the option to pause your membership. However, if you need to discontinue your membership for a period of time, you are welcome to cancel. Please note that rejoining will not be available for six months after cancellation.

If I cancel my membership, when can I rejoin?

If you cancel your membership, you are eligible to rejoin after six months.
